[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Young people from across Staffordshire are getting the opportunity to take part in exciting theatre performances exploring local stories about WWI.<\/strong><\/p>\n The War Bride<\/strong>\u00a0is a an evocative \u00a0piece focused on the First World War which\u00a0tells\u00a0story of love, loss, comradeship and ultimately hope. \u00a0The production features dynamic visuals, along with the incredible War Bride costume<\/strong> designed\u00a0by Anna Lewis<\/a><\/strong> \u00a0– all combined with\u00a0physical choreographed performance set to an emotive underscore.<\/p>\n Young people will get the chance to take part in costume workshops, learn about the history of WWI and then join actors in the final performances.<\/p>\n The War Bride costume is symbolic. A long train covered in letters, poppies and photos of soldiers.<\/p>\n The War Bride stands silently as a monument to War.
